Company History

Trifecta Financial Services was founded with a deep understanding of the financial challenges faced by underserved communities.

The seeds of our company were planted in Trelawny, Jamaica, where our founders spent their childhood watching their grandparents run a small farm and local shop. They witnessed firsthand the struggles of hardworking people who lacked access to banking and modern financial tools.

After decades leading innovation across retail, banking, payments and fintech in corporate America, our founders returned to their roots with a bold vision: to bridge the financial divide in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Founded in 2024, Trifecta is a fintech Innovation Center backed by decades of leadership experience across retail, banking, payments and technology. We bring human-centered innovation to the Caribbean: our TIIDES Express smart kiosks put essential financial services within reach of every community, and our Innovation Center helps institutions and businesses grow their digital footprint and adopt new technology responsibly, guided by our Human-Centered AI framework.
